Hotel General Manager OpportunityWe are seeking experienced Hotel General Managers who can take full accountability for a property. The ideal candidate leads daily operations, holds the team to brand standards, and delivers a consistent guest experience. The role covers staff leadership, operational discipline, revenue and cost control, and a work environment that keeps good people. Placement may be at a select-service or extended-stay hotel in the South Bend, Mishawaka or Elkhart markets, including properties still coming online.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all hotel operations and hold the property to brand standards and operational excellence.Own guest satisfaction. Resolve concerns, protect review scores, and build repeat business.Recruit, train, coach, and develop department leaders and hourly teams. Promote from within where the talent is there.Manage the operating budget, control labor and expense, and protect revenue and profitability.Partner with sales on occupancy, rate, and group or local account production appropriate to the brand.Ensure compliance with health, safety, employment, and brand regulatory standards.Maintain property condition, cleanliness, and preventive maintenance so the asset holds its standard.Track performance metrics and report results clearly to ownership and regional leadership.Set the tone on property.
